I'd been having issues with my well water cutting off for a few seconds and then back on again, it started about 2 years ago and had gotten a little worse over time. At first I thought it was the pressure switch so I replaced that myself last year but it didn't help. The pressure tank had been installed in 2004 so I finally decided to call a plumber to come out and give me an estimate for a new one. Mr. Cantrell showed up for the both the estimate and the subsequent replacement of the tank when he promised and the service was excellent. Its been a few days and I have fantastic water pressure again and it hasn't cut off at all!

Called around 11:00 AM, Came within an hour. Determined disposal was cracked and needed replaced. Job finished by 2;00 PM. Replaced disposal with new 1/2 horse power disposal.

I recently bought this house and, from the home inspection, knew I needed to replace hot water heater. Marty came and quoted a fair price. He also checked the pipe insulation and shut off my hose bibs for me to prepare for winter. The day of the installment, he was prompt and efficient. A few days later he followed up to check everything was working ok, which it was. It's been a vast improvement on the old system. Thanks so much!

He came to my home two times, first to repair nonworking toilet, give me estimate of cost to install new works into three other toilets, and then replace shower heads in three bathrooms.  Easy to schedule, arrived on time, did work very efficiently, I paid and he and his helper left.  Really a relief to find a plumber that responsive.

excellent!! Cantrell Plumbing was responsive to initial inquiry and showed up on time both visits. They were very professional and took the time to explain the issues and why the valve could not just simply be replaced. We will only use them in the future. As icing on the cake their estimate was much lower than 2 other providers and when was complete they did not even bill me the quote amount but less.

Marvin is always good with communication, but he stays busy.  We set up an appt a week out and he arrived on time, finished quickly and came in under estimate.  He also crawled under house for quick inspection for possible water leaks and gave me some contacts for needed carpentry.  He is always a class act and very nice to work with.

3 am Memorial Day morning our old water heater started pouring water out into our basement. After Lowes opened that morning my husband went in and purchased a new water heater and all the other things Lowes required for installation. The water heater was a reasonable $248 and then with all the extra garbage Lowes insisted on it jacked the price up to $714.
Marty Cantrell and his partner came out Tuesday afternoon as scheduled. He called to confirm we were at home and showed up promptly. He was refreshingly professional and efficient. He went out of his way to make sure we received and paid for only the products and services needed. Based on his recommendation we returned an unnecessary expansion tank and the labor for that for a $150 credit from Lowes.
In the 20 years we've been in the house, he was by far the best plumbing experience we've had. We will certainly call him for any future plumbing needs.

Cantrell Plumbing is very professional and prompt. They were able to stop by on short notice to help with my broken pipe and help repair that on short notice. We were also able to easily schedule another appointment several weeks later to add a outside spigot when the weather warmed up. They're also honest and give really good advice around continuing to maintain existing plumbing in good shape. Price was fine and service was thorough. All in all, glad to have found them, and I'd call them again.

After this cold winter we had a frozen pipe burst in the garage. They were able to accommodate me quickly and called before they came to let me know they would be arriving soon. They fixed the pipe quickly and instructed me on what to do so it wouldn't happen again. They even helped be find the water cut off valve when I couldn't find it to turn the water back on. They stayed to make sure it was working correctly before they left.

He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and fast. He later came back and gave me advice on changing my bathtub and shower faucets and steered me in the right direction of what kind of material/supplies I would need. He didn't charge me for that visit because his estimates are free. I was grateful for his insight as it saved me from spending extra money. I would definitely recommend

I purchased a dishwasher from Lowe's and Cantrell plumbing installed it. They also caught an error on the part of Lowe's, the dishwasher was 1/4 inch too large for the opening. After going back and forth with Lowe's and Lowe's telling me the plumber was wrong, the Cantrell's returned and was able to install the dishwahser by removing a small strip of wood from the cabinetsd. Not even noticeable. I should have listed to them in the first place and not listened to Lowe's. I later had them come back an install a new kitchen faucet. I definitely would use them again and will refer them to others.
