The work was performed with attention to detail. Explained what was needed to my understanding to get the one unit working and went to work right away wasting no time. Was careful to take care of our light colored carpets to my satisfaction! Both units work perfectly dropping the cost of my electric bill! Very happy!

The project went well from start to finish. Wayne and his father did a great job and had great attention to detail. After pressure washing the fence and decks they looked as good as new and were paint ready. The project was finished quickly and they cleaned up before they left. As an aside, on the afternoon they finished our HVAC system began to act up, Wayne being HVAC certified was able to troubleshoot the issue and restore our A/C immediately! I'm glad we called Ease LLC, it was a great experience and won't hesitate to use them again

The work was done in a timely manner with high quality knowledge and professionalism. He showed up for appointments on time and made sure everything worked and was up to my standards before he left. I'm very much pleased with the efficiency of my new furnace.

About a year prior to this repair, we had a brand new AC unit installed by another HVAC technician that was hired by our Property Management company and the unit stopped cooling.  The other technician would not even answer calls or emails.  Wayne had completed some handyman work for us before so he was the first one I thought to try to get this fixed.  When Wayne went out, he discovered all the coolant had leaked out due to an incorrect installation.  He even discovered the fan on the outside unit was running the wrong way.  Wayne did a great job of reaching out to the manufacturer of the unit and probably saved us several thousand dollars.  Luckily this wasn't an emergency fix but he still completed the entire project within a couple of days during the middle of summer when he was super busy.  He is always very responsive, communicative and sticks to his timeline.  Highly recommended!

We had several small items that needed repaired including some drywall repair and getting the front door re-hung to center and weatherproof.  But the biggest item was vinyl siding that needed repaired.  Wayne was able to remove siding from the front of the house and patch in to the damaged sections on the rest of the house.  He then installed some faux stone siding on the front that turned out great!  He was very quick to respond and completed the job exactly when he said he could.  Great experience and would definitely recommend him (and I have!)

We cannot say enough about their work. They completed this deck in one weekend and it looks fantastic. Their responsiveness and customer service is unprecedented.

Wayne performed several services on an investment property which included doing some weather stripping on front door, caulking tubs, installing a soap dish in tub area, installing 3 smoke detectors and repair, and replacing some exterior trim with pvc material.  Prior to this job, he installed  aluminum railings along the exterior front steps of the home.  Last year he performed repairs on the HVAC system in the same property.  My tenant and I have been very pleased with his work and I will use him again for future jobs!

Wayne explains in great detail what the issues are and what is needed to complete the job and provides that detail on his work orders and invoices.  He is a pleasure to work with and his work is fantastic!

Within 48 hours the job was done and it was still very cold! I would have told him to wait until the weather was better but he was ready right away. It was about 75 ft of work around my house that he had to do. He even helped me do a little something additional that we caught and didn't change the estimate which was such a blessing. I am very grateful with his services and will continue to recommend him. I will definitely call him first in the future; very honest and professional man.

Company was very professional from the start of the job with a simple phone call until completion.  Employees were kind and was completely respectful of my home.  There work was done above standard.  I would hire them for any and all future jobs.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Wayne. We were without AC for a week. He came to our home on his own time to make sure the system was working for us and our children. He always responded by text if I had a question. Very knowledgeable, professional and prompt. Would recommend to anyone!
