(The house has a half-basement.) He arrived early in a clean company vehicle and in uniform. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and down-to-earth. His inspection of the areas of concern took some time because he was so very thorough. Once completed with the inspection, he presented various options, and we discussed each option. "I hired Alltek to install a drainage system in my crawlspace. This company was very helpful, the quality of their work was awesome. The salesman came to my house, explained everything in detail and the estimate was FREE! I had gotten estimates from a couple other companies and Alltek was by far the cheapest. They were able to start my job within weeks of the estimate.and when the workers showed up they were very friendly and prompt. They put in a drainage system with a sump pump and encapsulated the crawlspace. I would Highly recommend Alltek for any job that you need done. Great company and employees. "Good. CHW connected us with MJ Services for an appointment. MJ Services technician came to the house on the morning of the appointment date, assessed, found and reported the broken equipment. He placed a temporary solution to keep the house warm during Christmas break while we waited for the parts to come in. In the afternoon, CHW sent me a note that the equipment was ordered and provided an estimated delivery date, and arranged a follow up appointment to replace the broken part."

"We called Machen for an estimate to tear off our old roof on our house and detached garage. They were very responsive and Jodi even came out on a Saturday to give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable regarding the materials and products we needed, and we were impressed that he actually climbed the roof to take all of the measurements, where other contractors we had contacted did not. The estimate we received was fair considering that the roof deck would need wrapped and the amount of ice guard we needed. Jodi and his team were on time every day and got right to work. They took their time on the job and were very conscientious about the work performed to ensure it was done correctly. Jodi takes a lot of pride in ensuring the job site remains neat and takes a lot of care to ensure they thoroughly clean up before leaving for the day.
