Removed and salvaged old slate flagstones. Demolished the base. Rebuilt the base and replaced the flagstones replacing the old stones and filling in with new ones as necessary. Regrouted everything.

The work took off paint from the removal of the backsplash which they wouldn't repair. They disconnected water to do work and didn't reconnect the water.

Granted my carpet needed help, and may need to be replaced, but the they left the carpet soaked. It was wet! Took days for it to completely dry, even with fans running. Maybe they don't have the equipment to completely removed the water once it's in the carpet, but I was very disappointed.
