"Jodi was the only contractor to be prompt and detailed with his bid. All others talked vaguely about what they were going to do (maybe to add money later on?) or just didn't come back because maybe it was above their skill level? He was also the only one who could accurately describe the expected water damage and what could happen during the repair process.
