He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. They were recommended by my stepdad who had them do a crawlspace encapsulation on his house. He said they perform first class workmanship and were professional. The owner also came back after the work was finished to ensure that everything was done correctly. Would recommend to anyone needing any work done on their crawlspace."

(The house has a half-basement.) He arrived early in a clean company vehicle and in uniform. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and down-to-earth. His inspection of the areas of concern took some time because he was so very thorough. Once completed with the inspection, he presented various options, and we discussed each option. "I hired Alltek to install a drainage system in my crawlspace. This company was very helpful, the quality of their work was awesome. The salesman came to my house, explained everything in detail and the estimate was FREE! I had gotten estimates from a couple other companies and Alltek was by far the cheapest. They were able to start my job within weeks of the estimate.and when the workers showed up they were very friendly and prompt. My friend recommended them to me because he knows that they do good work and that they are a Christian based company. I contacted them on a Monday morning and within an hour someone had contacted me back and we set up an appointment to meet the following morning. I was very impressed in how fast someone had gotten back with me. The next day when I met  the contractor he was very professional and polite. He was also on time ( Yeah!!!). He was very thorough and explained everything to us in detail. We signed the contract the next day. There was a crew at my house getting started working on Thursday. The work was done in the time frame that they had given me and all the workers were very respectful of my home. I would use this company or recommend them to anyone that needed any home repairs.
