I had problems with a pipe leaking under my home and he sat down at my kitchen table with his laptop and hunted a repair man for me call them up himself got quotes and set up an appointment that he absolutely did not have to do to help me out because I didn't know what to do or who to call. He has come and talk to me trying to help me get my issues fixed and if it was something they couldn't do, help me find other people that would. They set up my dehumidifier, blocked off vents and went above the job of what they were required to do to help me out. "The owner came down to give us an estimate on what it would take to fix standing water issue in a house we were looking at purchasing. He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house.
