I?m sure he got into more than he bargained for considering the flawed design, but he stuck to his estimate and completed the work in a very timely fashion.

They worked non stop for about 6.5 hours and had finished the preliminary installation of the new system. The following morning they returned and completed the outside work installing the new compressor unit and related plumbing/wiring. I was amazed by the size of the new unit, it was clearly larger than the one previously sitting on the pad. John had explained during the estimate, the the builder had installed a unit too small for the size of the home, which caused some of the problems.
