"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."
"OMG, Cortez was GREEAAT. Although the original appointment was rescheduled due to mechanical issues with one of their service trucks, they called me ahead to cancel and we didn't mind since it was Memorial Day weekend and we had a lot of activities going on. Well, Cortez, called me the morning of the rescheduled appointment, gave me an estimated time of his arrival and called again when he was 15 minutes away from my neighborhood. When he arrived and placed his booties over his shoes, I told him, there was no need as we have a dog who runs in and out of the house, but he still put them on and took them off as he went in and out. He listened to me for where I wanted the lights installed ( in my dead spots) and then he provided a better asymmetrical look for my kitchen that actually works and looks better. He was done in a little less than the 3-hour time frame and we are so excited about the new lights. He did tell me I purchased the wrong bulbs (got daylight instead of soft white, but that was an easy fix and my fiance' was able to change them out for me). Everyone who has visited us since having these lights installed is amazed at how bright it is and needless to say, I can finally see when I cook without relying on under cabinet lighting. Hats off to this company, because another contractor priced this same job at $900 for stuff that I even know was "crazy." There was no need for making a new outlet, patching up any drywall, and painting. Cortez was on it and even cleaned up the mess. Now how professional is that. I will use this company again without the Angie's List deal price."
