"Recently I noticed a section of gutter had disconnected and . collapsed.. I called to exercise my warranty, I heard nothing for several weeks and emailed with the same message. A couple more weeks passed with no reply until last week a crew came to my door and in very short order made the repair at no cost to me. Communications could have been better but the end rresult is what matters. Positive experience overall."

"Paid deposit and they said they would contact me within 10 days to schedule the work. I was not in a hurry but a month after I had paid my deposit I still hadn't heard from them. I called and left message and still no call back. Finally, found business card of gentleman who came and picked up my deposit and left voice message. I was finally contacted later that day by someone and said guys would be at my house this afternoon. The work was fine but wish the clean up would have been a little better, I have been finding nails all over my driveway."
