"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I had hired these guys before with a good experience, so I gave it another shot. I know a little too much for my own good, so I had a few questions before the job was done regarding supplies that I needed. I wanted to buy my own materials because I'm nuts. They had no problem with this and told me exactly what kind of wire to buy via text message. Mike was sent over and I explained everything. He needed to fish a lot of wire down under the kitchen floor to the laundry room and then under the finished basement ceiling about 25 feet to the breaker. This guy can fish wire like a boss. He only had to cut 2 holes in my ceiling. I think I'm just going to cover them with access panels for the next time wire needs to be run to the breaker. I like Murphy because everything is easy. I can just book a block of time with fairly transparent pricing and they come by and knock it out. And - they don't give you any problems about having your own materials so an intermediate DIY'er like me can get some specific stuff."

Wow what a difference between this home warranty to the last home warranty I had, it would be a week before they got someone out here and that would only happen if I continued to hound them to get someone out here. It put my faith back in home warranty again where was lost. Always had home warranty’s when I own my own homes. Never had a problem when I came from the DFW area to West Virginia . I just thought that West Virginia didn’t have people doing home warranty’s special after I had select home warranty’s it would take sometimes two weeks to get somebody out here and that was because they allowed me to call a technician to come out then you would have tell the technician that they needed to call select home warranty to work out a deal before fixing my problem. They done this to me every time. Nobody works on the weekends so if it happens during the weekend you file your claim but the catch of it is that the 48hrs they told it could get a hold of you doesn’t start until Monday morning and stops at 6 on fridays. Listen if you take my advice of a home owner that’s had a home warranty for 30 yrs stay away from select warranty. I had choice before and they always have done me right. It put my faith back in having repairs done in a timely manner"
