"Cougar Development did an excellent job creating a living space out of an addition to a home built in 1918. The drywall work was excellent as was the placing of needed electrical outlets and ceiling fan/lighting. Closet space is extremely hard to come by in our neighborhood and Cougar was able to build a 30 sq ft closet that our growing family is able to take advantage of. This room was just a storage space and is now a usable living area after Cougar was done with it. The quality of work for the price I paid was amazing! I have already recommended Cougar to those in my neighborhood and will continue to do so!"

"We hired Walls to come out and move our hot water heater that was located in our laundry area to another location in preparation of an addition to my laundry room.  In order to move the water heater an old water softener system would need to be removed and disposed of.  The work was completed in one day and everything was cleaned up very nicely when they were done.  Mark and Brian were extremely professional and friendly to work with."

Contacted All American painting & Home repair company based on Angie's list reviews. Mr. Wayland (Eddie) arrived, gave us an estimate, took his time explained everything he was going to do and how he was going to preform the necessary work that needed to be done. We had a few set backs based on the  weather as this was all exterior work. Paula(Eddie's wife) kept us informed , excellent communication, as to when he would be arriving and when he was not. Eddie and his assistance Orval are hard workers, very detailed, very professional. Windows look brand new.

"The technician was very professional and courteous He did an outstanding job. They were on time and fast. However 558.00 for a spring repair is overcharging. All their parts used were marked up over 100%. I looked these parts up on the internet and a set of springs range from 100.00 to 200.00. They charge 379.00 for a set. The bearings and hinges were also double the price. They will not tell you how much a repair cost over the phone or internet they say it depend on door size and springs. I have a typical double door nothing special. They do charge a 69.00 service call which if you just got an estimate it would cost you. I know they need to make money but not gouge people. A fair price would be between 350.00 and 400.00. If it had not been for the price I would give them an A."
