Instead of relying on lights, focus on eliminating food crumbs, sealing entry points, and reducing clutter and moisture to make your home less inviting to roaches.

You may find fleas in your bed if they followed you there on your pet or your clothing. While they will need you or an animal as a host, they can hide in bedding since it is warm and out of sight.
