"I cant speak high enough of Mr Palmer and his workers. They hung new dry wall in 4 rooms then painted them and painted my bathroom and kitchen. The work he did is beautiful. I love the way my house looks now. I am so pleased with him I am planning on hiring him to paint the outside of my house. He and his workers do phenomenal paint work. It explains why theyâ re so busy, and why you may have to wait your turn in line to get your project completed. But youâ ll be glad that you did. The work is to code, and they take pride in their workmanship. Communication is open and honest. I had no surprises nor change orders. This form did not allow me to include all of the types of work that they completed for meâ ¦.but it included removing an old, unstable deck and building a new one to code.; removing ceiling tiles and replacing them with drywall, fixing a hole in the soffit, fixing downspouts, and replacing an exterior door. After all of that, I still need to hire them for more projects in my older house. When I need work done, theyâ re the first ones that I call."

It took a month from signing the contract for the team to be able to schedule our small project but it was worth the wait. The team arrived as scheduled and completed all work much more quickly than I thought they would. They were professional and I hardly knew they were working on my roof. After they finished the repair they had me come out to look and asked if there were any other areas on the roof where I had concerns or had noticed leaks. I had none but the roofer proceeded to check the remainder of my roof anyway and fixed a few small "cracks" as he saw them. It's amazing to have a company come to do the job I paid for and then to go above and beyond the contract to make sure my roof was in good condition!
