"I cant speak high enough of Mr Palmer and his workers. They hung new dry wall in 4 rooms then painted them and painted my bathroom and kitchen. The work he did is beautiful. I love the way my house looks now. I am so pleased with him I am planning on hiring him to paint the outside of my house. He and his workers do phenomenal paint work. I call By All Means and Moore to have them come out and do a free estimate. They installed clay color vinal siding around my whole house. It  looks like a band new house.
