"I cant speak high enough of Mr Palmer and his workers. They hung new dry wall in 4 rooms then painted them and painted my bathroom and kitchen. The work he did is beautiful. I love the way my house looks now. I am so pleased with him I am planning on hiring him to paint the outside of my house. He and his workers do phenomenal paint work. "After having By All Means and Moore do my roof and gutters, i decided to have them do my siding also. My siding was cracked, busted and some of it was hanging off the house. I call By All Means and Moore to have them come out and do a free estimate. They installed clay color vinal siding around my whole house. It  looks like a band new house.
