They were good to communicate when they would come and called the day before they came. They cleaned up all debris. Would definitely use again.

The workers showed up on time and worked full days. It took two days to remove two very large poplar trees. The workers were efficient, polite, and worked all day with only a lunch break. They also removed all roots that were sticking up above ground. They gave the best estimate (by far!) and charged only that amount when they finished. They had to take down two fence sections to get the equipment into the yard but they did all the work of taking it down and reinstalling it for no extra cost. The grass showed no wear and tear when they left. I had had two trees removed the previous year by another company on an insurance claim and I was pleased with their work but they wanted too much money to remove the other trees as a private payer. I wish I had known about American Tree last year. They did a MUCH better job than the company the insurance company hired! I highly recommend American Tree Expert.

From the initial consultation through the end of the project, the members of American Tree Expert's Team were professional and understanding of the job scope and extremely thorough. They performed the removal of trees and bushes as if it was their own property. Two trees were overhanging the house, and one tree was in the power line; all trees were removed without incident. American Tree Expert is both insured and bonded (critical in case a worker gets injured). We recommend American Tree Expert without reservation, and the neighbors cannot believe how good the property looks.
