He also consulted with me every step of the way to assure things were done to my satisfaction (ie. color selection, landscaping options, material selection). The cost was fair for the work that needed to be done, and if you consider the high quality of the work, the price was very reasonable. I was offered options to modify the cost along the way. This was one of best experiences I have ever had with a contractor that had to do significant work."

"This one-star rating is generous! We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"
