The two men arrived on time and came in to review the work I wanted done.  They immediately got to work.  Once downstairs, they finished about 1/2 of my living room when one of the hoses sprung a leak.  They tried to repair it onsite, but needed to go back to their shop to replace a fitting and hose.  They apologized for the inconvenience (hey, these things happen) and they told me that it was a quick fix and they would come back later (from Cabell County) to Charleston and finish the job.  The leader of the crew called me a short time later and told me he had corrected the problem and was on his way back.  When he arrived, he immediately went to work and went over some of the carpet he previously cleaned, just to ensure he got all the carpet.  I had moved most of my furniture out of the way before they arrived and this nice young man offered to help me place all my furniture back.  He asked me to look over the work and see if I noticed any areas he had missed (none) or that I wanted to have another application applied.

I am very pleased with the quality of work.  My carpets look better than I expected.  I am mostly impressed with the outstanding customer service.  Good service is difficult to find these days, but this young man is very impressive!  He represents his company very well.  I hope his employer is proud of him!

After searching around for someone to pressure wash our house and driveway, I eventually went to Angie?s List to find a pressure washing company and saw all the exceptional comments about A&K Power Washing.  They provided an estimate within 24 hours of contacting them and we were grateful for their promptness because it was getting late in the season and we needed the work done right away.  They have just finished cleaning our vinyl siding, concrete driveway, porch, steps, and deck and I can confirm all the comments I read as accurate.  Professional, environmentally conscientious, courteous, responsible: they were all that and more.  The work was above and beyond our expectations.  We are completely satisfied with the results.  Our only wish is that Angie has an A+ rating because we would have gladly given A&K that score (as noted by another customer as well).  Our place looks great.  I would highly recommend this company.  Thanks A&K for a job well done.

"Absolutely outstanding work ? the transformation of my kitchen and living space is nothing short of remarkable. What impressed me most was how opening up the wall completely changed the feel of the entire home. Before the remodel, the kitchen was closed off and felt disconnected from the rest of the space. Now, with the new open pass?through and beautifully finished countertop, the rooms flow together naturally and feel brighter, larger, and far more inviting. The craftsmanship is top?tier. The new countertop is perfectly installed and adds a clean, modern touch. The transition between flooring, wall finishes, and trim is seamless. The attention to detail around the bar area, outlets, and finishing work shows real pride in the craft. The updated layout makes the kitchen more functional and the living area more social and comfortable. What used to be a plain, closed?off corner is now a centerpiece of the home ? a place where people naturally gather. The difference between the before an"

"I had clogged downspouts with thunderstorms in the forecast. I called Gutters Plus and they were there within a couple of hours. They not only cleaned the gutters but they caulked a couple of leaks and replaced some fasteners. I will use them again!"

"Went amazing for what it was. A1 renovation came in and tore out our old deck and replaced it back updated our railing. We had some water damage from a past storm on our roof and they fix that too. They were very clean things, our project and timely manner. We’ve referred them to other friends and family as well."

"Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.
