"Isaac Messer responded quickly to our request for repairs to our clay tile roof. He evaluated the repairs & followed up again to ascertain the repairs with his crew. We agreed on a price, signed a contract & he accepted a deposit on a credit card to which the balance was also charged on completion. Everything was handled professionally They repairs were done much quicker as he had a crew of 7 workers taking care of different parts of the repairs. We've not had any leaks from the roof repairs, so hopefully they will hold up for the future. We are very pleased to have this project completed and look forward to tackling more in the future with Isaac Messer. Working with him was easy. He is pleasant, professional & thorough. "The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"We called Machen for an estimate to tear off our old roof on our house and detached garage. They were very responsive and Jodi even came out on a Saturday to give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable regarding the materials and products we needed, and we were impressed that he actually climbed the roof to take all of the measurements, where other contractors we had contacted did not. The estimate we received was fair considering that the roof deck would need wrapped and the amount of ice guard we needed. Jodi and his team were on time every day and got right to work. They took their time on the job and were very conscientious about the work performed to ensure it was done correctly. Jodi takes a lot of pride in ensuring the job site remains neat and takes a lot of care to ensure they thoroughly clean up before leaving for the day. We ran into heavy rain halfway through the project and Jodi even came out on the weekend to ensure that the roof was water tight before the rain hit. The new roof looks great and we are very pleased with the end result!"
