Mr. Drain was very professional. Called next day and promptly arrived. He was well equipped and repaired the dryer after disassembling & cleaning. Reasonable fee. All around good repairman. Will hire again.

Came out next day. Answers phone promptly. Very polite. Saved us a lot of money. Would recommend him highly.

He returned my call quickly. He was there the next day. A part had to be ordered, which took another day. As soon as the part came in, he was out and fixed it. No problems with it since. I would definitely hire again.

Mr. Drain answered his own phone when I called desperate for a freezer repair. We have a 8 year old Samsung with freezer on the bottom which had stopped working pretty much ruining everything inside. He Said he had several calls already scheduled , but thought he could be there the next day. He was busy ... a good thing I thought immediately ..... good enough at what he does to not be sitting around hoping for a phone call. He arrived the next morning just like he said he would and went right to work. He seemed to know exactly what was wrong before ever getting into the freezer itself. He not only had it working properly again within the hour, but he also cleaned and tweaked the pull out drawer which had never been properly installed (8 years ago). It was almost like we had a new freezer when he was finished. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone with refrigerator or freezer repair needs.

Bob was courteous, he explained what he was doing and what he thought was a problem. Even though it took 2 calls to completely fix, response was quick and the price was fair.

Had another company look at the refrigerator and they told me the compressor was going bad and it wasn't worth fixing. That it had a freon leak and to throw it away but they took my money for the service call.   I didn't feel what they said was right and I called Bob Drain. He knew right away what was wrong and fixed it . He had to let some freon out cause there was too much and he replaced the defrost thermostat . I trust him to know what he is doing and not trying to scam people for the service call like the other guy did. 

Fantastic!! The owner came out the same day. Parts were not available locally; however, Mr. Drain had the parts delivered the next and finished the repair that same afternoon. Both Mr. Drain and his wife were extremely nice and really know their business. Can't say enough about the fantastic service. Calling Drain Appliance Service is like going back at least 30 years - back to a time when folks looked out for others and went the extra mile for their customers. Both Mr. and Mrs. Drain were very professional. The level of service could not have been better and the price was extremely reasonable. I've had the same mechanic for over 20 years and I plan to be a long term customer of Drain's Appliance Repair!! Thanks Again!!!

Called him the Morning of the 16th at 8:30 and he was at my house by 1:00 the Same day with part in hand and had the Oven fixed within 15 Minutes.  Cleaned up and Left.  Very Prompt, and Cordial.

IT WAS WONDERFUL. He had fixed a wash machine for a non-profit I run in Parkersburg earlier today so I was already thrilled. The review's on Angie's List were accurate. He and his wife are very professional, pleasant and competent. He went right to work, knew what the problem was and because he had the Brand and model number and experience he had a part on the truck. His experience and professionalism were great. We had, over the summer, some major repairs done on our home that were awful. So we were very skeptical of ever finding an in home worker that we felt good about. Bob and Karen Drain have changed that. When they called they made an accurate estimate on when they would arrive. They were in and out in less than an hour. But best of all the dishwasher is working and the price was GREAT! I will definitely call him again and tell everyone I know.

IT WAS WONDERFUL!  I have been operating a nonprofit program that serves adults with mental illness for over 10 years and this was the best repair man that has worked on our appliances.  Showing up on time, knowing what to do, doing it.  and all at an extremely great price.   It is a husband/wife team and they are both very nice, professionally, pleasant.
Will definitely call again.

Came the next day after I called. Was on time and professional. Didn't waste time talking went straight to the problem
 Someone else had put a new pump on my washer and the agitator was barely moving. They replaced two belts and it still was not working right. Called Drains Appliance Service and he saw right away that they had the belt too tight. 
He checked the dryer and cleaned the vent and couldn't find a problem for it overheating. He took off the refrigerator door and adjusted it so it would close properly .

I called, he came promptly, worked on the problem (temp in refrigerator was barely cool) redid what others had done and fixed it. There was a small problem (it happened before) so I texted him a picture of the problem (5 ice cubes in ice maker) and said I'd call if it didn't make any more. I said I'd call if it continued and before I could call him the next morning, he called me!!!!! He came back out, totally fixed everything and it works GREAT for the first time. He had to fix what others had messed up. He was competent, quick and I feel like I now have a new refrigerator.
