"Betty is a great Client with multiple other projects performed in the past and we've went on to completely remodel the first floor, entrance area. This particular instance included a call from Betty while I was in the middle of a room addition and garage build (we don't schedule multiple jobs at once, this was an emergency request only). Betty unfortunately had a plumber use regular pvc glue on ABS piping (melted the piping connection in the wall from the kitchen over the basement bathroom)."
"Thank you David!"
