"When I called to order wood, I got a return call immediately.  We scheduled to have the wood delivered on a Wednesday (it was a surprise Christmas present for my husband who was out of town).  I waited all day for the delivery...no one showed up.....I finally called and left a message.  Later that evening I got a call back that there was truck problem so they would deliver on Thursday (the day my husband was to return home!)  Again, I waited all day, they finally showed up around 6:00 pm......It was a very rainy day so they could not put the cord wood where I wanted to put it without totally tearing up my lawn because of the rain (the day before was a beautiful, dry cold day that was perfect for driving on my lawn.....it was also the day the wood was suppose to be delivered). I was very disappointed.
