"The crew was on time, respectful, and knowledgeable. Owner, Bill, showed us where the water was behind and under our kitchen cabinet. They were able to dry it out while we were out of town, replaced our laminate floors, and gave us suggestions on how to prevent future water damage. "I had my house windows CLEANED (inside/outside)--not repaired. The house is almost 30 years old and the windows (to my knowledge as 3rd owner) are original to the house. Premier came out and cleaned the windows as requested. After they left I noted some areas that seemed hazy on one side of the house. They returned to re-clean those windows in front of me (from the outside while I was inside), and it was clear that it wasn't their products nor cleaning ability but the age of the windows that had a haze that could not even be scraped off. I was satisfied with their patience and professionalism in handling my return request. I would hire them again."

"I hired Falcone Construction to build a 2 car garage with loft. Their quality of work not only met my expectations but exceeded them! Because of the great work they did on my garage, I hired them to tear down my existing cabin and build a new cabin. Rocco and his crew listened to my vision and worked in a timely manner to achieve my vision. I plan to use Falcone Construction in the near future to finish my basement!"

"Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room. She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources. Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me. That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought. I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.
