"Called Saturday evening for a plumber and was told they would get with me to schedule someone to come out. We’re not sure if they could come the day of or not but they would put my info in and someone would be in contact. It’s been 48 hours and have not heard back from anyone. Online states 24 hours a day but haven’t heard from anyone in over 48 hours. —-I chose water heater on this review but the issue was bathroom plumbing repair which was not an option."
