"In todays fast paced world, it is hard to find people we can trust and to wonder when we purchase something ,whether or not we are going to get a quality product for what we are paying for. I had been looking around to purchase some new windows for several years, but when I always heard quotes on the cost I was unwilling to take the leap. One day, upon hearing a quote of what the windows I wanted replaced would cost me from their sales rep., I took that leap. It was a no brainer. With such a great price, now I wondered if i was going to get quality for what I was paying. I have to tell you I was delighted to see the final results of my beautiful new windows. Not only were all the people I spoke with in this company kind and respectful, but they also helped me set up financing as well. Great Company, Really Good People, Quality Product and Service!"

"We replaced the windows in our 1933 home through the services of MadCity Windows. From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. With the draft from the old windows and the cold of the glass, we are already saving on our energy bills. Our house had old, large windows, so they had to be custom made. As an industrial designer and interior designer, we find our windows to be of excellent quality."

"Once the windows arrive they were quickly installed. I had it done late farf and it was so quick the cold weather wasn't an issue. They even wrapped the trim with a special color for me. Super easy to clean! Great service and a wonderful product."

"very helpful in answering questions about the project and possible future projects also did not know what I needed for specs when ordering doors and Sonny helped with the orders so I got the correct ones"

"We are extremely satisfied with the work that Square Oaks Home Improvements did on our home. From the initial phone call to the follow up to the actual work, the quality of service was top notch. We desperately needed new windows, but put it off, due to all the unknowns. Would we be treated right? Would it cost too much? Would we get quality windows? Rick and company helped answer all our questions and dispelled our reservations. From Day 1 to the final installation, we felt we were treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. We would highly recommend this company for your window and door needs!"

"They did an awesome job. They even came out in the rain to finish a few things when we said we could wait!! It looks awesome, could not be happier. They will be doing our roof next and we have recommended them to all of our family and friends!! Happy since day 1, thanks guys!"

"We were shorted 2 panels for the shower. They actually went to the factory to pick them up. Our shower looks fantastic after waiting a little longer than expected. They did everything in their power to make sure it was done and done right,Asap. Overall, we were very happy with the service that we received. I love their products and will definitely hire them again"

"Jacob quickly responded to my request. He came to look at the job that day. From his first visit and throughout the project he kept in touch. They removed the old cedar siding, repaired the framing and installed new cedar siding. Then they replaced the storm door. It was nice to have a team of men come to do the work. Jacob and Mario are courteous and knowledgeable and work well together. My wall and new door look great. I am very pleased with the quality of the work. I am looking forward to having them do more repairs."

"Vinyl siding, gutters & windows have been ordered but will not be installed until possibly February 2022."
