"Called Weds morning and David and Kori were there by noon. They hydro jetted the corrugated drainage pipe from the source to the end and then backwards again to remove the obstruction. Free flow of water was quickly restored. They also jetted a second line from the drain site backwards and the return of that one was clear water as well. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Promptness of service, very professional work ethic with great success, and very reasonable cost. Better yet they let this old Do it yourselfer watch and answered all my questions about what was going on. "He had a cancellation and was able to come out the day I called. He verified that we actually didn't have mold growing in the one area. Since that area was connected to an indoor hot tub room, he checked the tub room just to verify that all was ok in there. He gave me some tips on preventing mold in that tub room and informed me about some other areas to watch (as this was in the basement and we have had water get inside with heavy rain) and I asked him about some marks on my basement ceiling.
