"Scott came out to our house to see what needed to be done to stop a leak in my skylight.  He thought he arrived a little late but was actually right on time.  He advise me that it was most likely a seal that needed to be re-caulked.  He advised that if further damage was found he would let me know and give me an estimate.  He had fantastic customer service and I was called before and after the work was completed.  I would highly recommend this company and couldn't be happier with their work.  The price was more than fair for the quality of work his company performed.

"I called and spoke with JJB Home Improvements about several odd jobs that needed fixing at my house.  They returned my calls promptly.  We arranged for a date to come out and review the work needed and provide an estimate.  Jeff, the owner, had to cancel and he called me in advance to arrange another time to meet.  When he came out, he was extremely friendly and professional.  I showed him everything that I needed done.  He listened carefully, took notes and photos.
I received a written estimate for the work via email within a few days.  The price was reasonable for the work to be performed.  Everything was a fixed price except for finding and repairing a roof leak, which was quoted at an hourly rate for time plus materials.  This is what I would expect, since roof leaks can be very tricky to find and could be rather time consuming.  Once located, the true cost to repair can very quite a bit.
Once we signed the contract, we scheduled a date for the work.  Jeff showed up when expected, and the work was completed to my satisfaction on two separate visits.  Even though I had a relatively small series of jobs to complete, I was treated with great service and attention.  Jeff investigate the roof leak and discovered that a skylight, which I had suspected was leaking, was actually installed correctly.  Even so, he re-sealed nail holes and re-installed shingles above the skylight.  All of this was accomplished in less than one hour, so there ended up being no additional charges for this work.  I liked that Jeff was knowledgeable about roofing and honest about what needed to be done.  We have not had leaks re-appear since this repair, so the work that Jeff did fixed the problem.
 I am very pleased with the work and I would hire JJB Home Improvements again.
