Yanks was very responsive, scheduling was quick and easy, and he and his associate were on the job very fast! " The person doing the cleaning was delayed about 30 minutes but called well in advance to alert us to the delay.  The carpets were refreshed and cleaned without noticeable stains remaining.  The cleaned carpet in three of the rooms is over 10 years old and now appears nearly new.  The carpet in the fourth room is only three years old and appears like it had just been installed.  The job took about two hours and the great part of the dry cleaning process versus steam cleaning is that there is no drying time.  You can walk on it immediately.. "
