"We had an attached screened-in porch that was sinking.Acculevel came in and detailed every aspect of the repair project and then followed thru to the most minuet detail. Excellent work and very detail oriented. Friendly and cooperative service team that completed the work. "Michael at Superior Waterproofing was a joy to deal with. We had a leak in our basement, and they gave us a quick and detailed quote while thoroughly explaining all our options. He wasn't pushy or sales-y and he patiently answered all our questions. It was a totally different experience than with the bigger company we got a quote from, where they tried to steer us toward a very expensive option. They did the work quickly and without making a mess. Every employee we interacted with was great. I think I was most impressed by Michael's willingness to answer any and all questions over text. He always responded promptly and in great detail. In the end they solved our water issue at 1/4 the cost of what the other company quoted us. I would absolutely hire them again!"
