"Jeremy showed up right on time. He cleaned the carpet so quietly and efficiently even our normally high strung dog didn't notice him much. He was up front about the things that could and couldn't be fixed and knowledgeable about cleaning carpet. We even had Pad Injection done at the site of a couple of really bad pet soiling areas. The whole house smells nice and clean now, and the carpets look great. There were a few spots that couldn't be gotten totally clean due to abuse on our part (really we should vacuum more often) but it looks fantastic. He took extra time at the end with his UV light to look for any remaining pet stains."

My mom has two geriatric dogs, and SIX cats. Mike stuck to his original bid, despite all the pet stains and odor. He showed up right on time with both his visits to the home. "In spite of the fact that home advisor totally messed everything up because I wasnâ t looking for carpet cleaning I was looking for someone to evacuate water from my carpet after a bad storm. I tried to call and speak with the supervisor at home advisor I was put on hold for a long time and then was hung up on. Their customer service is totally subpar and I wouldnâ t recommend home advisor to anybody. Iâ m reporting HomeAdvisor to the Better Business Bureau."

They showed up an hour late...and for the deep clean service were there for 6.5 hours (didn't even get to the inside of our fridge, and I didn't have them change bed linens). However, they were very friendly and our house looked wonderful! I would recommend them and use their services again!"
