Christina's Carpet CareIn the early years we had them monitor for mice and bats in the winter and spiders/ bees/wasps, etc. in the summer. Looked good, don't think there was much flashing work done had one leak. He did come over to check it out and caulked along the edge where the dormer meets the roof. Leaked again. Never did finish the garage cap. Called him and said he would be there in a few days. 4 months later still is not...
