One blind started blistering the paint of after about 8 months. Notified the owner Mike, who promised to take care and call his provider and get back to ma. Nothing happened and I stopped again after 4 weeks. Same promise - nothing happened. Stopped again and was informed that the new blind is on it's way. Stopped a week later, and the blind was not there. Asked for a shipping detail, which was not provided. Took the bad blind off and brought it back for refund. The answer was that he paid for the new blind, so cannot reimburse me. I left the blind. Later on was called by him to tell me that he saw water stains on the blind, which apparently caused the blistering. They installed the blind in the bathroom, where is high humidity, so a wrong blind. They refused to pay be back or get me a new one as it was 'my fault'. Absolutely lousy service and product.
