"The insurance company hired another remediation company on our behalf, but I contacted Rich for another estimate/opinion. Rich provided me advice via phone on multiple occasions, told me what to look for and assured me that the other company was following industry standards. Ultimately Rich came to our house to potentially provide us with an estimate on the rebuild portion of the remediation. Although we could not use Custom Craft Environmental for this project, I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them in the future, based on Rich's knowledge, responsiveness and professionalism."

"Went well, efficient. We had a lot of things growing out of gutters and they rally needed it! Expected gutters cleaned on outside but not done on back of home, or not to my liking anyway if done, my only complaint. No messes left behind, cleaned up all else. I did not witness the person, my spouse did so could not evaluate professionalism."

"They were very responsive in providing a quotation for the gutter replacement and the price was competitive. They were very busy so there was a bit of a delay in completing the work. They advised they were 3-4 weeks out and the work was done 5-6 weeks after signing the contract. The workers were very professional and did high quality work, they were done in less than two days.
