Spider Security Pest Control LLC offers pest control in the Fox Valley. We service residential/commercial buildings, cabins, lake houses, cottages, and even camp grounds! Starting off the business, we wanted to have lower overhead costs which means we can have lower prices for the customer while still providing quality control. "initially service was good. As the 12 month contract progressed, there was a noticeable decline in customer service with Hawx seeming more interested in review ratings than customer service. Last service was scheduled between 8-12 with the tech not showing until 12:30 with no courtesy call prior to showing up.
