Dan with Orkin is outstanding ... we've had him before and he is wonderful.  Very helpful and always gets the job done for us.  I would highly recommend Dan with Orkin.

Dan with Orkin came out to look at the attic as there was something going on with the wood. He was outstanding to work with, he said this is not bugs or ternmites, rather and quot;crittersand quot; in the attic which is something he couldn't help with. Dan gave me a number to call for another opinion. I would highly recomment Orkin again as Terminix wouldn't even schedule a visit. They wanted me to keep calling back a few days in advance, they do not schedule a week ahead. If you need anything done along the and quot;Bugand quot; control area, call Orkin ... they were excellent!!!

Orkin Pest Control first sent out someone who was basically a salesman and he gave me a sales pitch about what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They then have you sign a contract to pay a monthly fee. Then someone came to the house a couple of weeks later and it was not the same guy. I then had to explain to him, myself, and show him where all the problems were. He did not have the information from the first guy who I had spent an hour with explaining everything. So this other guy comes and he didn't know anything about the situation, so I had to explain and show everything to him. He told me to clean out my whole pantry and to put everything in sealed, air tight containers containers. It was a huge job and I did it, but I understood why it needed to be done. Then they came back again and looked around and I think they put down some mouse traps. That didn't do any good. Then he said and quot;well you might have to go around the outside of the house and find if there are spots along the outside of the house where the mice might be getting in.and quot; I said and quot;okay, will you do that.and quot; And he saidand quot; no, they don't do that.and quot; Well then if they don't do that then they can't solve the problem. You have to have someone go around the outside of the house and block off their entry points. There is always a little vent or crack or somewhere where they get in. I said and quot;well then who do I get to do that,and quot; and they were totally not helpful. He said and quot;get a contractorand quot;. Then they would come back every month for like 6 months. The guy would come in and look around. He would be in the house for a minute or two, give me a piece of paper, and then leave. The problem was not solved. Sometimes I would have a different guy come and he wouldn't know what the situation was, so then I would have to take the time to explain the situation to him and what the other guy did. It was horrible.

They were responsive, but their responsiveness didn't do any good. They were pretty punctual, but I can't give these guys an A or B. I would not recommend them.

had good reporting skills.

They are very friendly and they do their job. They are on time for our appointments and they always call the day before to remind me that they are coming

They just did fine. I saw one mouse and that's why I called them. I haven't seen the mouse after that so I assume that everything is good. I've hired exterminators and pest control people in the past but Orkin was very professional and very good. The experience was just good.

The office that books the appointments was a tad disorganized, but the inspector who came to my home was exceptional!
