After the inspection I got a quote for the work which I agreed on. Everything was done before I got home from work. Because everything is done from the outside I didn't need to take off work to be here. I will admit it did cost more than I expected but I have no idea what any of the others charge. It comes with a lifetime warranty, as long as I own my home. Since I've had the work done I haven't heard any bats and haven't woken up at 2 in the morning with 1 circling my bed! "I wasn't sure what the issue was when I first called Chris. He was able to pinpoint the issue (mice) and the entry points into my home they were using. He then set a series of traps to verify they were indeed mice. Chris was honest and up front about his prices and services. He came back to check the traps to verify it was a mice issue, returning as many times as necessary until the mice were gone. He even gave me a separate quote for sealing the entry points and sanitizing the areas the mice were in, giving me the choice to have him do as much or as little work as I felt was necessary.
