I initially had a poor interaction with Mike that did not result in solving the above plumbing problem above. However, he has since connected with me and resolved the issue fairly.  He did an excellent job the first time I hired him (successfully unclogging a tub drain). Even though the second time we hired him was not successful (and we had to hire a second plumber to resolve the problem) we will use him in the future because he reached out to resolve our concerns in a professional manner.

"Joe from JMS Drain Services was my service technician who arrived well within the window scheduled service time. Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes. Yes, drain stoppers do come out. In some cases, you can twist them counterclockwise to remove them. You can lift some drain stoppers halfway to the raised position and unscrew them. For others, you will need to lift the drain stopper to the raised position and unscrew the stopper from the stem underneath the top of the stopper.
