Plumbing and electric work is sub-contracted using people we have experience working with focusing on best value in low price for best quality. We do not have employees but operate a small partnership under the LLC title. Payment for services are generally payment on satisfactory completion, however larger jobs do require a down payment to amount to at a minimum the amount estimated for materials. We accept major credit cards. Our winter prices are seasonally adjusted down to provide and incentive for people to have a lower cost if they choose to do the job in the cold weather.

I have been a self-employed licensed contractor for 30+ years. I stay up to date on all building regulations and codes through continuing education classes. For bigger projects I set up sub-contractors when needed and assume the role of general manager.
