"I should have gotten more estimates but I was worried about what was behind my bathroom walls that might have lead to more expenses than the original estimate. The bathtub looks great but the first time I took a shower the water pressure was terrible. They sent someone out the next day but he was unable to resolve the problem. There were several conversations and I was told the plumber thought there was a cracked pipe and I should get a local plumber out to fix it. They did offer to split the cost of the repair bill. However, I was never informed of any issues with the pipes and when I did get a plumber out, I was informed it was not my pipes and the problem was with one of the newly installed pipes. In my opinion, this is a problem that should have been caught during installation. Now I am waiting for a fourth service person to rip out one of the walls and replace the pipe. For as much as I paid, I expected better quality installation."

DSP came out in the evening to diagnose it, explained my options (spend $1,400 on a repair or just replace the unit). The technician even brought back electric heaters for me to use overnight (it was about 9 pm at that point). They had a furnace in stock and they replaced mine in the next day. It is a year later and everything is working great. They have even come back one time to show me how to properly use my new thermostat. "Well! Installation was done in time frame he said and finished the job completely. Cleaned up after job was done. He replaced all the framing back on around windows and touched up the inside and outside around windows. Very professional and reasonable pricing. Would hire again for sure."
