"NorthStar was right on time. They finished the job very quickly, but did not do a real good job. The office called to see if I was happy with the job and as long as they asked I told them that there was a rather large spot that was still quite dirty. The office scheduled a time to come back. When they were suppose to come back they never showed up. Finally a couple hours later they called to say that an emergency came up. It was rescheduled and once again the time was changed. Finally two weeks later they came back to finish the job. It appears to be clean now. They don't seem to be real dependable."

He came promptly Monday morning, assessed our issue, found the part locally. explained the potential cost, picked up our part and installed it all in less than 90 minutes. He also determined the warranty was applicable and completed all of the paper work for us. His rate was fair and reasonable. A very nice man that thoroughly explained everything and made me feel comfortable and confident in his assessment. If we experience any issues in the future he will be our first call. I can't recommend him enough. A furnace breakdown in January when the high is 25 is never good but Comfort Touch brought the good to a bad situation. Thank you!"
