"The weed control has been effective and well worth the money.
Weed Man's phone number gets you to their home office in Middleton, WI.(608-824-0043).
They couldn't book my appointment and referred me to their East Dundee office who couldn't
service Streamwood so they referred me to Hoffman Estates. Hoffman Estates said they would
call me before their service man arrived. I waited weeks without a call and called them back. They
seemed surprised I hadn't been serviced yet because their records showed be scheduled weeks
before-the first week of May. Dandelions bloomed and died.
I waited for service till May 30th. I ordered service through Angie's List on April 4th expecting service
to be within 5 to 10 working days. I got service before their offer expired on July 03---all due to my
own diligence pursuing them. 56 days is too long to wait to get service.
