"We can happily recommend Boulders Cement & Construction. It is owned by Tedroy Wilson. He is situated in Waterloo. Ted and his co-worker Jeffa's work ethic was admirable. Because of expected rain, they worked over 13 hours, in one day, to complete and cover the front walkway. At one point they were using flashlights in order to see where to fasten the tarps used to protect the concrete. They also deconstructed a paver staircase situated at our back exit. They thoughtfully stacked the pavers where I requested and then built an excellent back staircase with deep footings and the attractive railings. Throughout the process Ted was a responsive and excellent communicator. He explained how he would achieve our goals. He took our request to change our original back stairs design in stride. I cannot imagine a better experience."
