Only complaint was that when I called to price this was given estimate over the phone that would have to be verified in person when they pick up by measuring rug. Told woman on phone rug was 8x10 and was told it would likely be $150. Actual price was $300 but was on par with Stanley Steamer quote for same process so I did it. Happy to support local business"
