We had 4 other companies come out. After we ordered our Windows they came in the timeframe promised which was 6 weeks. The guys who installed did a professional job. Jody contacted us to see if we liked them and if we had any issues. Our two bathroom windows were not supposed to be tinted on the top. He reordered the right ones and had them in a couple of weeks.
