I had sent a bunch of pictures, and later that day, he came out and examined the property to inform me that it was something he was able to do. He then came and started work on Friday, September 2nd, arriving at 11 am and departing around 3. I informed the yard did look good until the left side that I didnt approach was covered all from the leaves that fell all the trees from cutting down and bushes which my husband and I raked and found 4-5 huge stumps that were covered and 2 bushes stumps and 1 stump in the front of the house which I sent pictures to the company and he informed he would be back Monday when Monday came around he had started another job and he came to pick up a few sticks and attempted to cut down which was unsuccessful and stated he's not willing to risk ruining his equipment in removing them or refund me a portion because of the unfinished work
