Helped me do some basic troubleshooting over the phone to make sure a visit was necessary and he'd be prepared, then was willing to come out first thing Saturday morning on a big Badger football weekend. After they arrived, they were super professional, going the extra mile to make sure we understood what they were finding and what our options were for service. Ended up replacing the well pump, all our wiring, and some pipes that were in danger of failing in the next few years - and left with a smile saying we shouldn't need to see him again for 20 years. Price seemed very reasonable given the amount of work we needed done. Almost wish something in the plumbing would fail so we could call them back sooner! "They have been out for the electrical. They have been out for the pool. They have been out for the sump pump. Its the fee for the service call. We have used them for the last 3 years. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."
