I was floored.. until the next time I went down to do laundry & noticed theyd GLUED a business card to my water heater. Its not even removable without some serious elbow work & a razor blade or chisel.. What kind of professional, in essence, tags a customers property..?! (By the way- the job was a gas line fix OUTSIDE) In my experience a professional hands over a business card, or a fridge magnet, or whatever, with a handshake & a smile.. had he done either of things Id be calling him first without hesitation.
