The ease of cleaning them from inside (multiple stories) was one of the best things along with a lifetime warranty. Years later there was a small issue with one and within days the service manager himself cam and inspected and did this minor repair. In this day and age that is a most impressive level of service. I worked closely with their installer (who communicated frequently and was attentive to my needs) through the next and final stages of the project. I scheduled my installation on a Saturday. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed the project around their estimated completion time.
