Our goal is to help you prepare your home for sale or to assist you in making the decision to purchase a house. We offer InterNACHI's Buy Back program. Also, as part of our home inspection process and no cost to our clients, we inventory the home's appliances and run them through a recall check system to see if any recall have been issued for those appliances. If there has been a recall notice on any of those appliances you will be contacted to set up an appointment to have those items fixed. The appliances will then be registered so in the event a recall should happen while you own the appliance, you would be notified. To set us apart we use a FLIR thermal imaging camera to pinpoint problem areas before they are visible and more costly to repair. Let us use our training, building science knowledge and FLIR IR camera to help evaluate and look for issues.
