"Lane’s Electric responded to my project within ten minutes of posting. He finished a job nearby and was at my place within two hours. I outlined my project and he provided me with a quote the following day. I accepted the quote and Lane had the upgrade completed in short order. His work entailed obtaining the necessary permit(s,) coordinating a planned outage with the electric utility and arranging for an electrical inspection. As far as I was concerned, all work was performed smoothly and seamlessly. The workmanship was to my satisfaction and done right. I would use their services again."

"I used their remote service. The technician was good. The only problem was that you coul not schedule a time. You had to wait in a cue which could take a few minutes or hours. It could be difficult to work around their cue system if you have a busy schedule."

"Although it was expensive, the service was good. I think they did a good job for us and they were on time, which is important to me. The price was 3 guys for 7 hours, and they provided all of the equipment. They also washed the walls with bleach when they finished. They made some good recommendations about preventing future damage. No complaints."
